Orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours, and will ship within 7 to 10 business days depending on availability of your purchased items. Orders are subject to availability, and are filled in the order received.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

Refunds and exchanges will only be issued up to 30 days of your order date. Please check your orders for accuracy and defects upon receipt. NO EXCEPTIONS!!!!!!!!!!

1.WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP? Within 7 to 10 business days of the order being processed, barring any backorders or discontinued items.

2. WHY HAS MY CARD BEEN CHARGED IMMEDIATELY UPON ME PLACING MY ORDER EVEN THOUGH IT HAS NOT BEEN PROCESSED? Credit cards are placed on authorization hold up to the amount of your order. Once the order is processed, the card will be charged for the actual amount of your order, which is sometimes a lesser amount. The authorized hold will drop off once the actual charge is made.

3. WHY ARE SOME OF THE ITEMS THAT I ORDERED NOT INCLUDED IN MY ORDER? All items are subject to availability and are filled in the order they are received. Items are continuously being discontinued and backordered, and you will be notified if your order can not be fulfilled within the standard time. We will not contact you with a status until AFTER THE STANDARD FULFILLMENT TIME.
