Empire Valance - P-MF-9001

A formal valance with deep pleats that originates from the top of the board and cluster around the horn section. It and the jabot are cut with a straight bottom allowing you to use fabric borders and wide braids. A single swag section can be up to 38" wide; add more swag sections for larger windows.
